1. Wire transfer:
Orders that have been prepaid will be dispatched as soon as we receive the payment on our account. We will reserve your order exclusively for you for 7 days, and will only cancel your order if no payment has been received within that time. Please note that bank transfer times may vary from bank to bank, and that we have no influence over the speed of the transaction.

Make sure to state your order number as the payment purpose.
Any credit resulting from returns will be refunded to the bank account from which the order payment originated.
For pre-order items you get an extra payment request via e-mail when the goods are available at Kids Style Lounge.

2. Click&Collect:
We ask for your understanding. With the "Click & Collect" shipping method, you have the option of placing your order in our Kids Style Lounge shipping warehouse on Gielenstr. 65-69 in 41460 Neuss. The pick-up times: Monday - Friday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. (Except on public holidays and on December 24th and 31st)

3. Sofortüberweisung:
State your country and select the bank handling your transfer by entering the sort code.
You will now be forwarded to the login area of the secure payment form. Log in with your online banking details as usual. Your data will be encrypted in the secure payment form by SOFORT AG, and then transmitted to your online banking service.
You will be prompted to enter a TAN. Your PIN or TAN will not be stored. The transaction is very secure, as every TAN can only be used once, and a multi-level authentication procedure is used. The input of your online banking information (e.g. your PIN) and your TAN occurs solely within the secure payment form of SOFORT AG, and not on the merchant's website. You will then receive a summary of your funds transfer and an order confirmation from Kids Style Lounge.de. You will have all your purchase information at your disposal. The transaction confirmation will allow the immediate processing and dispatch of your order, which will be even faster than using the prepayment option.

4. PayPal:
You will be automatically forwarded to PayPal. If you already are a PayPal customer, you can log in with your access data and confirm the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account yet, you can create one in just a few steps and then confirm your payment.
Credit notes from returns are always credited to the PayPal account used for the purchase.

5. Creditcard:
Payment by credit card (MasterCard or VISA) is a free service with us. After confirming the order, a pop-up window opens, where you with details of the Card Number., CVC2 / CVV2 "validity of the credit card and the credit card holder can finish the ordering process easy. The charge of your credit card account is carried out with the order is completed.

6. PayPal Plus (Only within Germany)
Within the context of the PayPal Plus payment service, we offer you various payment methods as PayPal services. You will be forwarded to PayPal's online website. You may enter your payment details there and confirm the use of your data by PayPal and the payment instructions to PayPal.

If you have selected the PayPal payment type, in order to pay the invoice amount, you must be registered there or register first and identify yourself with your access data. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by PayPal directly after confirmation of the payment instructions. You will receive additional information during the ordering process.

If you have selected the credit card payment type, in order to pay the invoice amount, you do not need to be registered with PayPal. The payment transaction will be carried out by your credit card company upon request by PayPal and debited to your card, directly after confirmation of the payment instructions and after your identification as the legal cardholder. You will receive additional information during the ordering process.

If you have selected the direct debit payment type, in order to pay the invoice amount, you do not need to be registered with PayPal. With the confirmation of the payment instructions, you are granting PayPal a direct debit mandate. PayPal will inform you separately about the date of the account debit in an advance notification (pre-notification). With the submission of the direct debit directly after confirmation of the payment instructions, PayPal will request its bank to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is automatically carried out and your account is debited. You will receive additional information during the ordering process.

If you have selected the invoice payment type, in order to pay the invoice amount, you do not need to be registered with PayPal. After a successful address and creditworthiness check and placement of your order, we will assign our claim to PayPal. In this case, you may only pay to PayPal with a debt-discharging effect. For payment processing via PayPal – in addition to our GTC – the GTC and data protection policy of PayPal shall apply. 7. Payment via installment plan from Paypal (Term-related costs)
If you have chosen installment payment from Paypal, you need to be registered with PayPal to pay the invoice amount. The installment agreement via PayPal is concluded between us and you. We are entering the payment request to PayPal and PayPal pulls the demand in its own name. We engage PayPal with the credit check and the application process. The creditworthiness of the customer is checked by PayPal in real time.

We deliver on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis deliveries to countries. This means that the invoice is without the German VAT.
The waste in the countries import VAT and any duties and customs fees are charged to the recipient account.

You will receive an automated shipping confirmation as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. You will also receive your personal DPD / DHL Tracking Number on the same day. Use this number to track the current location of your package on www.dhl.de or www.dpd.de .

Delivery to a packing station within Germany is possible. If you wish, we can send your order to a parcel station with DHL for an additional charge of 3 euros. In this case, we ask you to note this in the comments field in the ordering process. Large parcels that do not fit in your rented parcel compartment may have to be picked up at a Deutsche Post branch or at a DHL Express station.
